"Heard great things about them for years, but never felt comfortable having a non - BMW cert mechanic: although in hindsight, they probably are.Then I lost A/C in July. I honestly thought it was a fuse, so why not check them out. It wasn't a fuse - but they thoroughly explained my options and assoc costs. Ten minutes later, I'm getting a ride to my house, with assurances that it'd be done and delivered to my home that day. Wow! That's a lot to promise, but these guys came through. Thank you very much for such a great job from everyone I encountered at Seymour's. They really have a way of garnering trust and making you feel like family - treated with respect."

"I’m from the Midwest and broke down in San Antonio, we planned to go to the zoo and start heading home, but we broke down in the parking lot. I called Seymour’s and explained what was going on. We had it towed to the shop in the early afternoon and they had it diagnosed by the end of the day. The fuel pump went out, so they had to drop the gas tank. They had it done by the time we had to check out the next morning. They were nice, transparent with the cost, fair, honest, and seemed to do great work. They even offered to drop the vehicle off at our hotel so we could avoid calling Uber. Awesome customer service and work."
